Hey loves! I made it to my second blog post...now this is what you call progress 😂This week's writing (for school), I am following a list of writing prompts from Sharon Watson. (Her writing cirriculums and promts are literally BOMB for any other homeschoolers out there 🤩).
This week's writing prompts are all about God. So, each day I read her promt and then, obviously, write about it. I figured they would make some good blog posts so here we are!
~~~~~
Todays prompt is: Describe God as completely as possible in exactly 50 words. *Let's do this.*
My God is a loving Father. He cares for His children and loves us like no other. He sent his only Son to endure the burden of our sins so that our relationship may be restored with our Creator. He is a never-failing Father who is worthy of all praise. (I word counted this...50 on the dot!)
Isn't that the TRUTH! God is the greatest of all time (and that doesnt even begin to describe Him!).
It's so insane to imagine His love for us. We, in our sinful nature, wrong God day after day. Becuase of our sin, we were eternally separated from Him. But, He loves us so much that He wanted our relationship with Him to be restored. We could never ever restore that relationship by ourselves because of our sin. So, God sent His ONLY Son to earth, in the form of a man (which made Him 100% God and 100% man). This made him the perfect substitute. Jesus served as a mediatior between us and God, and our realtionship was restored; we were reconciled back to our relationship with God. This is the greatest news you could EVER hear!! Becuase of Jesus' willingness to endure God's wrath on our behalf, if we place our faith and trust in Jesus Christ alone, we are promised eternity with the Father in Heaven. >> Greatest! News! Ever! <<
If your reading this and feel God tugging at your heart and you want to learn more about this GOOD, GOOD news, please feel free to contact me using the message bubble or "contact me" button at the bottom right corner! Happy Tuesday! Much love,
